Our Cinnamon Product Range

Cinnamon Stick Cut (Cassia Stick Cut)

“Cinnamon sticks are crafted by carefully harvesting bark pieces from evergreen trees, allowing them to naturally dry. Subsequently, these dried pieces are precisely cut into smaller sections and made available as cinnamon sticks. The remnants are often transformed into ground cinnamon.

There are diverse ways to incorporate cinnamon sticks into your culinary endeavors. You can grind them into a fine powder, perfect for dusting over cakes, desserts, biscuits, and various dishes. Alternatively, you can infuse their flavor by stirring them into your cooking. Additionally, you have the option to utilize whole cinnamon sticks for infusion purposes in both dishes and beverages, removing them once the desired level of cinnamon flavor is achieved, catering to your personal taste preferences.”
